D&D Security Resources – Concord

D&D Security Resources – Concord

We just installed our Bramidan B5 Baler at D&D Security Resources in Concord, and they’re already seeing results! Read Jennifer McNaughton’s, Sales and Operations Manager, thoughts below!

Dear Mike,
I just wanted to write you a “Thank You” note for helping us choose the right cardboard baler for our warehouse.  Our team loves the little B-5!  It is easy to use, quiet and is making the back of our shop useable again as there are no longer piles of boxes waiting to be flattened and taken to a recycler…
Mike, thanks too for working with us on getting the baler to us on financial terms we could afford.  I’m sure we are already ahead in labor savings.
Thanks again for helping us solve our cardboard and shrink-wrap problem.

Penske Logistics – Union City

BATC helps Penske Logistics with their waste logistics!

Penske Logistics, of Union City, was having some issues containing their dumpster debris. Causing all sorts of issues – rubbish overflowing, unwanted pests, off-putting scents and more.

BATC had just the solution. An enclosed compactor system! This piece of equipment not only looks sleek, but it compacts waste at a 4:1 rate, helps maintain a tidy workspace, prevents casual dumping and pests from visiting, and reduces the smell generated by waste.

They’ll also reduce the amount of trash pick-ups as a result of the compaction rate – saving them time AND money!

Better environment, easier to load, money saved – sounds like a real win-win!

Check out some of BATC’s other self-contained compactors here.

Pepsi Co- Hayward

Pepsi Co – Hayward

Bay Area Trash Compactor just installed five of our high density Bramidan balers at the Pepsi Bottling Plant in Hayward. Pepsi staff will be baling plastics with the new low-profile X6030 baler which puts out an amazing 88,200 lbs of force producing plastic bales up to 1,300 lbs!

With a decibel level of less than 60db, these systems are so quiet that they could be used almost anywhere. Of course, the proven B6030 baler will be used for baling cardboard into a tight bale weighing up to 1,200 lbs.

Critically, our Bramidans are ergonomically superior. Wire is pre-fed into the baler while it’s empty, eliminating the need to wrestle with feeding wire when the bale is full, or reaching inside the baler when tying bales. As you can see from the images, you can install these balers right up against a wall – saving space and labor.

Our Bramidan systems put Pepsi’s staff in control. With built-in monitoring and free cell connection, these balers:

  • Text staff when they are full – eliminating the pile up of materials in front of the baler
  • Automatically texts the recycler that bales are ready for pick-up – seamless and simple
  • Allows management to see how many bales have been made of a period of time – supporting sustainability tracking
  • Allows for Bay Area Trash Compactor service team to remotely troubleshoot or make adjustments to the balers before ever sending a tech in the field – saving baler user time and money

Proven, reliable, quiet, cost-effective and efficient – our Bramidan Balers are next generation balers.

Shaklee Corporation – Pleasanton, CA

Shaklee Corporation – Pleasanton, CA

Like most corporate offices, Shaklee was looking to better manage their cardboard, which had previously been overflowing the recycle bin. As you can see, the staff is excited to never have to manually flatten a box again.

Our Bramidan B-5 Baler does the work. Then it will text staff when it’s full and the recycler when there are five bales ready for pick-up.

Another simple BATC solution.

Shari’s Berries – Lincoln, CA

Shari’s Berries – Lincoln, CA

Sending chocolate covered strawberries to your sweetie is always a hit.

Our stationary compactor with a walk-on deck and custom receiver was a hit for Shari’s Berries west coast warehouse in Lincoln, CA. Instead of walking out to the nasty open-debris box, now staff at Shari’s Berries simply open a roll-up door and dump trash into the compactor.

Simple. Clean. Efficient.

Build-Tek – Martinez, CA

Saving Build-Tek Time, Space and Thought

Build-Tek provides building materials to the Bay Area’s finest builders.

Swimming in cardboard in the warehouse and wasting hours flattening boxes, we steered Build-Tek to the Bramidan B-5 to solve their cardboard nightmare.

The warehouse manager was smiling ear-to-ear after making the first bale, and they haven’t looked back since.
